The menu was created by a team of Portuguese chefs who bring together traditional recipes and modern gastronomy for a complete dining experience. From simple classic recipes to traditional dishes, the menu focuses especially on fish and seafood dishes.
Depending on the season, we bring by plane the best catch from the Portuguese Atlantic coast and the Azores Islands twice a week. If you want something really special, you can choose from our aquarium or ice display case lobsters,
crabs, as well as various species of shellfish with an incredibly fine and tasty meat.
Like all true Portuguese, we at Dancing Lobster love “bacalhau”, the salted and cured Atlantic cod that dates back to the 16th century. We recommend you try the famous snacks Pasteis de Bacalhau or the traditional Lombo de Bacalhau.
